About the role

  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value of RentalReady to property managers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to maximize conversion rates and ensure lead quality.
  • Represent RentalReady at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and smooth communication with management.
  • Share insights and market feedback with Product and Marketing to continuously improve our offer and positioning.
  • Be the face of RentalReady in the UK market, building trust, visibility, and long-term relationships within the community.

Requirements

  • Native English Speaker.
  • Previous experience in the short-term rental or property management industry (even through an internship).
  • Currently living in the UK, or previously lived and worked in the UK, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer expectations.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — both online and in person.
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a CRM (HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced scale-up with a global footprint.
