• Gesamtverantwortung für den Verkaufsprozess im deutschen Hospitality-Markt (Prospecting → Demo → Abschluss)
• Anwendung von Verkaufsmethodiken wie MEDDIC oder BANT
• Aufbau und Management eines starken Pipelines von Hotels, Resorts und Hospitality-Gruppen
• Durchführung von Discovery Calls und Produktdemonstrationen, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zugeschnitten sind
• Entwicklung langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidern (GM, IT, Betrieb, Marketing)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing bei Kampagnen, Veranstaltungen und Partnerschaften
• Bereitstellung strukturierter Rückmeldungen vom Markt an Produkt & Führungsebene
• Vertretung von Guestnet auf Branchenevents, Messen und Partnermeetings
• Identifikation und Recherche von Zielkunden (Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality-Gruppen)
• Umsetzung von mehrkanaligen Outbound-Kampagnen (E-Mail, Telefon, LinkedIn, Veranstaltungen)
• Qualifizierung von eingehenden Kontakten und Planung von Discovery Calls und Produktdemonstrationen
• Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der CRM-Datenqualität (z.B. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam zur Entwicklung, Validierung und Skalierung wiederholbarer Verkaufsleitfäden
• Aktive Mitgestaltung einer leistungsstarken, positiven und kooperativen Vertriebskultur

• Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions
• Actively contribute to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture
