About the role

  • Maintain the association's social media channels and website
  • Develop audience-appropriate visual content and storytelling formats for relevant platforms (graphics, Reels, Stories, short videos)
  • Maintain and further develop internal communication tools (intranet, staff newsletter)
  • Advise and support leadership with their communication tasks
  • Contribute to the creation of topic-related communication concepts
  • Monitor media and the external environment
  • Develop new materials (concept, production, print coordination)
  • Plan and design events

Requirements

  • Completed degree (PR, Communications, or equivalent) from a University of Applied Sciences or university
  • Ideally, professional experience in the social/NGO sector
  • Experience working with all common social media platforms and understanding their functionality
  • Proficient in MS Office, as well as image and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut or similar) and CMS tools (TYPO3)
  • Experience in content planning
  • Ability to adapt complex content for different target audiences
  • English language skills
