About the role
- Organizational support for the Managing Director
- Coordination of customer inquiry handling
- Support in office management
- Independent projects in organization and personnel
- Participation in personnel management (approx. 20 employees)
- Designing workflows and processes from inquiry through to policy conclusion
- Coordination of customer inquiries and independent management of long-standing clients
- Analysis of insurance contracts
- Review of policies and premium statements
- Communication with clients and insurers
- Participation in internal projects
Requirements
- Formal qualification in insurance (apprenticeship or university course/certificate)
- Professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in organizational roles and client-facing positions
- Project management skills
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Ideally knowledge of CCA9
- Expertise in leadership and organization
- Interest in ongoing professional development
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and an eye for priorities
- Responsible and reliable
