• Plan and manage rollout projects in close coordination with customers and internal teams
• Create rollout plans, timelines and milestones
• Set up new customer centers and maintain relevant data in the CRM (Zoho) and in the AI tool
• Ensure technical prerequisites including data migration and interface configuration
• Coordinate pilot phases, testing and final system approvals
