• Planning, coordination and implementation of our software in close collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Setting up new customer centers and maintaining relevant data in the CRM (Zoho)
• Delivering webinars and on-site training, and supporting the onboarding of new staff at car dealerships
• Evaluating satisfaction surveys, systematically analyzing user feedback and relaying findings to product development
• Handover to support and follow-up, including satisfaction checks and optimizations

Application Trainer (Automotive), Full-time

• Support short tutorials, video content and storytelling
• You have a feel for intuitive user flows and enjoy working in Figma
• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and screen designs is nice to have

• Unterstützung kurzer Tutorials, Video-Content und Storytelling
