Application Trainer (Automotive), Full-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, coordination and implementation of our software in close collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Setting up new customer centers and maintaining relevant data in the CRM (Zoho)
- Delivering webinars and on-site training, and supporting the onboarding of new staff at car dealerships
- Evaluating satisfaction surveys, systematically analyzing user feedback and relaying findings to product development
- Handover to support and follow-up, including satisfaction checks and optimizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience as a service assistant / service advisor, or a degree with a commercial/organizational focus (e.g., project management, business administration)
- Experience in rollout or project management, ideally from the automotive or software environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site appointments
- Confident use of tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), MS Office, and common online meeting tools
- Plus: Experience creating training materials or instructional videos
