About the role

  • Identify, qualify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain existing business relationships to meet company growth and revenue targets
  • Support the Executive Vice President and contribute to the GOH Management Team
  • Lead the capture planning and proposal process
  • Facilitate Business Development meetings and develop individual approaches
  • Monitor procurement portals and government agency forecasts
  • Conduct gate reviews, qualify opportunities, and categorize bid stages
  • Coordinate, manage, write, and submit capability statements and proposals
  • Attend and/or present at marketing and outreach events
  • Review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of Business Development experience with a minimum of 5 years in a manager role
  • Experience in government contracting, including service delivery, FAR, and relevant technical and contractual areas
Benefits
  • Overtime is expected during peak periods
  • 20% local and regional travel, with overnight stays necessary
