About the role
- Identify, qualify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain existing business relationships to meet company growth and revenue targets
- Support the Executive Vice President and contribute to the GOH Management Team
- Lead the capture planning and proposal process
- Facilitate Business Development meetings and develop individual approaches
- Monitor procurement portals and government agency forecasts
- Conduct gate reviews, qualify opportunities, and categorize bid stages
- Coordinate, manage, write, and submit capability statements and proposals
- Attend and/or present at marketing and outreach events
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 10 years of Business Development experience with a minimum of 5 years in a manager role
- Experience in government contracting, including service delivery, FAR, and relevant technical and contractual areas
Benefits
- Overtime is expected during peak periods
- 20% local and regional travel, with overnight stays necessary
