About the role
- Manage PPO and DHMO recruitment efforts within your assigned territory
- Work to improve Guardian’s effective discount by using market data to negotiate fee schedules
- Speak to dentists/decision makers on the value of network participation
- Influence key stakeholders and overcome their objections
- Log activities in Salesforce and use Microsoft Office products and other internal systems
Requirements
- 5+ years in dental claims, provider relations, dental recruitment, or other dental industry experience
- Ability to analyze and strategize recruitment opportunities
- Proven negotiation and relationship building skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Time management skills
