Perform data analysis activities including data profiling and transformation rules
Design, deliver, and document multi-platform architecture
Develop and maintain data models for supported applications
Support data integration efforts and standardization policies
Maintain the quality, supportability, and performance of processes
Actively participate in QA and UAT for data initiatives
Seek innovative solutions for data challenges

Requirements

15+ years of IT data engineering and architecture experience
10+ years of experience leading data teams
Excellent comprehension of data management principles
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
A forward-thinking individual capable of modernizing data architecture
Deep understanding of business and technology
Expertise in driving data modeling quality across levels
Understanding of vendor SaaS integrations and experience with Databricks
Hands-on experience designing data architecture for large scale projects
Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, preferably with Informatica, Syncsort, Fivetran
Proven experience in implementing real-time and Change Data Capture (CDC)
Strong SQL, PL/SQL experience
Expert proficiency in data modeling tools, preferably Erwin
SAFe experience is a plus
Background in Insurance or Financial Services domains is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication and creative problem-solving skills.
