About the role
- Write optimized queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale data environments
- Cleanse, blend, and transform data, creating automated workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Design and develop dashboards and reports that adhere to best practices in usability, performance, and storytelling
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies to maintain integrity
- Document processes, data definitions, and logic for maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Support self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and providing guidance to end-users
- Stay current with BI concepts and emerging technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
- Strong ability to query and manipulate large datasets
- Experience in data preparation and workflow automation (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, ETL tools)
- Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Working knowledge of data modeling, transformation frameworks, and analytics best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
