About the role

  • Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, the Senior Key Account Manager is an experienced professional responsible for driving and overseeing the strategic expansion of Guardant Health’s business in Germany.
  • This senior role demands an in-depth expertise in precision medicine in oncology, with a particular focus on the integration of biomarkers and advanced diagnostic tests in clinical practice.
  • Lead business expansion and strategic collaborations with National and regional German Hospital trusts and cancer networks.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with leaders and decision-makers to advocate for and enhance understanding of the benefits of tumour profiling with liquid biopsy assays.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account and business plans for the territory, aligning with broader company objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales and account management experience in working with German Hospital trusts and community setting
  • Deep expertise in oncology therapies and companion diagnostics, with a strong understanding of precision oncology, clinical medicine and cancer genomics
  • Proven track record in commercialization of oncology pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or laboratory-developed tests.
