About the role
- Partner with customers to define integration requirements for a variety of EMR platforms such as AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, and Epic.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, overseeing multiple customer integrations simultaneously.
- Lead weekly status meetings with customer IT teams to drive progress on integration tasks.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity prior to go-live.
- Create user-friendly guides, resources, and training materials.
- Facilitate live or virtual training sessions as needed to ensure all users are proficient.
- Provide phone support to both customers and Sales for onboarding or issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement system enhancements based on customer and Sales input.
- Provide ongoing education on new features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EMR implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Prior experience providing phone-based customer support, troubleshooting, or training
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operations
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data security best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline required.
