About the role

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to ensure contract terms align with operational capabilities and client requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the contract management system
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
