About the role
- Conduct training for new implementations: Lead training sessions for clients, ensuring their understanding and correct use of the solutions.
- Manage projects: Monitor projects to ensure objectives are met on schedule and according to established quality standards.
- Maintain client relationships: Keep regular contact with clients to track progress, identify additional needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide business-related support: Assist with business-related support issues, offering prompt solutions to client needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Analyst or in business-related roles.
- Basic Excel skills to support data analysis and data organization.
- Basic knowledge of English or Spanish.
- Good communication skills and ease interacting with people and different areas of the company.
