Project Manager

• Plan projects based on scopes received from the Commercial team.
• Analyze project documents, requirements and objectives.
• Allocate resources (consultants and analysts) according to demand.
• Engage stakeholders and key users from project initiation.
• Build and review schedules with a critical, realistic perspective.
• Monitor scheduled activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Apply project management methodologies and tools.
• Produce materials and lead meetings for:
• Kickoff
• Status Report
• Testing
• Trainings
• Go-live
• Maintain continuous communication with all parties involved (including temporary groups).
• Document meetings, decisions and project history through minutes.
• Manage risks, monitor indicators (e.g., IDP) and propose corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between the client and the technical team.
• Ensure formal deliveries, billing milestones and transition to Hypercare.
