About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with clients in the assigned portfolio;
  • Prepare customer health analyses: engagement, module adoption;
  • Prepare and present the Health Score Card (HSC);
  • Identify churn risks and initiate proactive action plans;
  • Map upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Conduct functional training on the Gtplan platform for client users and managers;
  • Advise clients on hospital supply chain best practices (procurement, planning, OPME, contracts);
  • Support clients in interpreting inventory metrics and in data-driven decision making;
  • Record and disseminate lessons learned and use cases to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in implementation projects as functional support (process mapping, validation of business rules);
  • Collaborate with the Support team on high-complexity tickets that require business knowledge;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within the healthcare sector;
  • Practical experience in purchasing materials and/or hospital supplies and/or in planning and inventory control in the healthcare sector;
  • Knowledge of hospital material categories such as disposable medical supplies, medications, OPME, hospital hotel services and nutrition;
  • Experience analyzing inventory indicators, including ABC analysis, demand forecasting, coverage, stockouts and excess stock;
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Pharmacy, Production Engineering or related fields;
  • Consultative profile, with excellent communication and the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels.
