About the role

  • Partner closely with Vodori’s Professional Services team to independently test and validate customer configurations prior to delivery
  • Ensure that configured customer environments are accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned with documented requirements and expected behavior
  • Work closely with Configuration Specialists and Implementation Managers to review configuration changes, identify risks and defects early
  • Contribute to consistent, repeatable QA standards across implementations
  • Execute functional and regression testing for new implementations, expansions, add-ons, and customer migrations
  • Review structured configuration files and related changes for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
  • Validate configuration behavior against documented requirements and real-world usage scenarios
  • Identify, document, and clearly communicate defects, gaps, and delivery risks prior to customer release
  • Support change control processes by validating configuration changes across environments
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of QA checklists, test plans, and validation standards
  • Manage multiple QA efforts concurrently while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in software QA, implementation QA, or configuration validation roles
  • Hands-on experience testing SaaS products with configuration-driven (non-UI) behavior
  • Ability to interpret and validate structured, text-based configuration files (e.g. JSON, YAML, EDN, XML, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of change control, validation, and risk mitigation in software delivery
  • Comfortable working with tools such as GitHub and Jira (or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable feedback on others’ work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working in regulated environments (life sciences, healthcare, medtech, etc.)
  • Exposure to data migrations, configuration-heavy platforms, or enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Experience contributing to QA standards, test strategies, or scalable validation approaches
  • Strong Excel skills or basic scripting experience
