Data Analyst

• Develop a deep understanding of Big Blue’s data environment, architecture, and key business drivers
• Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of dashboards and reports in Evidence, ensuring performance, data integrity, and visual clarity
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions and data models that enable fast, reliable decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards that drive action and uncover insights
• Establish and evangelize best practices for dashboard development, report automation, and data governance
• Support training for business users in leveraging self-service BI tools, helping foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions

QA Engineer

• Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium, JavaScript, TypeScript, and WebDriverIO
• Support the QE Automation Engineer in executing automated tests and maintaining test coverage
• Help monitor test results, report issues in Sentry, and collaborate with the development team
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub) by integrating automated tests and supporting continuous testing processes
• Maintain and organize test case repositories in BrowserStack
• Participate in QA team discussions

Junior Mobile Automation QA

• Ensure mobile applications meet quality standards
• Enhance manual QA processes and write test cases
• Manage release testing
• Refresh and update regression tickets
• Execute manual test cases in BrowserStack
• Triage issues in Jira
• Collaborate with engineers to create test plans
• Monitor platform vitals in Sentry
• Foster a quality-first approach
