• 1-1 Meetings – Build strong relationships through regular check-ins, gathering feedback, identifying concerns, and escalating when needed.

• Compensation Review – Collect and analyze client/internal input to support salary review processes.

• Kick-off Calls & Onboarding – Lead people-related onboarding for new clients and establish trust-based communication.

• Issue Resolution – Serve as the main point of contact for people challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Surveys & Analytics – Share insights from satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.
• Offboarding – Coordinate smooth transitions and ensure a positive final impression.
• Process Ownership – Manage and improve onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and surveys.
• Policies – Maintain and update relevant policies (e.g., sabbaticals, parental leave, moonlighting, compensation review, exit, benefits policies).
• Systems & Documentation – Keep HRM systems and knowledge bases accurate and up-to-date.
• Benefits Administration – Support benefits processes and maintain handbooks.
• Legal & Travel Support – Assist with visas and travel documents.
• Crisis & Contingency – Contribute to crisis management planning.

• Own the Azure data platform architecture & roadmap (ADF vs Fabric; Synapse/Databricks evaluation)
• Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines into ADLS/Warehouse
• Model data for Power BI (DAX/Tabular)
• Implement data quality, lineage, governance & security (Purview, RBAC, CI/CD)
• Partner with BI analysts to deliver reusable, trusted semantic models and dashboards
• Drive reliability & cost optimisation (monitoring, alerting, SLAs)
• Support immediate projects: Business Central (ERP + MES), TrackWise (QMS), ECC6 extracts
• Audit current estate, define migration plan, build ADF pipelines for priority sources
• Establish baseline data quality checks and lineage and achieve >98% dataset refresh success
• Deliver consolidated Lakehouse/Warehouse with governed semantic models optimised for cost & performance
• Document controls and achieve stakeholder CSAT/NPS ≥8/10
