About the role
- Support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
- Analyze shopper insights and trends to inform marketing strategies
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage budgets for shopper marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience
- Experience working with Convectional Channel Retailers (Ex. Kroger)
- Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (natural & conventional grocers, mass-market retailers)
- Must have a proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales
- Able to travel up to 20% to support trade events, customer calls, etc.
- Available to work flexible schedules, including some evenings & nights
- Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
