About the role

  • Join the customer support team in Portugal.

  • Deliver high-level one-to-one training (online/in-person).

Requirements

  • Previous experience and motivation are more important than any specific academic qualification.
  • Previous experience in (tele) support, ideally in the automotive market.
  • Experience with Salesforce is valued.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Native Portuguese speaker.
  • English and Spanish at B1/B2 level.
