About the role
- Join the customer support team in Portugal.
- Retention and management of client accounts.
- Telephone and online support for customers.
- Occasional group training sessions (online/in-person) on GT Motive products.
- Deliver high-level one-to-one training (online/in-person).
- Provide support at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience and motivation are more important than any specific academic qualification.
- Previous experience in (tele) support, ideally in the automotive market.
- Experience with Salesforce is valued.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- English and Spanish at B1/B2 level.
