Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying
  • Direct experience with Google Shopping campaigns for large eCommerce catalogs (10,000+ products)
  • Experience handling high-budget campaigns ($500K+/month)
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics
  • Ideally has experience with Google CSS Labelizer
  • Thinks analytically and makes decisions based on data, not guesswork
  • Enjoys testing, optimizing, and finding performance opportunities others might miss
  • Comfortable taking ownership of results and being accountable for revenue impact.
