About the role
- Help to define and plan the enhancements to the digital solutions in the GSTS product suite
- Act as the bridge between clients and the Technology team
- Engage in elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of business requirements and high-level solution designs
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, initial designs and process flows
- Collaborate on multiple solution options that balance client priorities, scalability, integration, and resource constraints
- Validate solutions before release to ensure they meet client needs
