About the role
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software issues including Microsoft 365 tools
- Log and track support requests and incidents
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
- User account management including new user set up
- Create and manage IT documentation and knowledge based articles
- Work on project based assignments as required
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- IT related education or certifications preferred.
