About the role

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software issues including Microsoft 365 tools
  • Log and track support requests and incidents
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
  • User account management including new user set up
  • Create and manage IT documentation and knowledge based articles
  • Work on project based assignments as required

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • IT related education or certifications preferred.
