About the role

  • Contribute to identifying and technically scoping digital improvement projects with measurable impact.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain digital solutions in an agile environment, including data collection and analysis, building applications, automations and dashboards.
  • Help promote the site's digital culture and maturity by communicating best practices, providing user support and delivering training.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define effective, user-centered solutions.
  • Ensure quality and safety compliance and produce required documentation in accordance with standards.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in engineering, sciences, technology, data analysis, artificial intelligence or a related field.
  • Knowledge of or practical experience with one or more digital/data/automation/AI tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, Python, Azure, Copilot Studio or similar tools.
  • Pragmatic, curious and eager to learn quickly and broaden digital skillsets.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
