About the role

  • Develop and implement hospital access strategies at national and regional levels to secure timely and sustainable access
  • Adapt technical dossiers, local value narratives and evidence packages for pricing, reimbursement and hospital evaluation processes
  • Adapt economic models, budget impact tools and real-world evidence analyses relevant to the Spanish healthcare setting
  • Lead responses to health technology assessment and hospital evaluation requests, liaising with regulators, payers and hospital committees
  • Work with commercial, medical, regulatory and government affairs teams to align access plans and support product launch and lifecycle activities
  • Monitor the healthcare environment and competitor activity to update access strategies and inform internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree in health sciences, economics, pharmacy, statistics or similar
  • Minimum 3 years experience in market access, hospital access, or sales hospital market
  • Knowledge of Spanish pricing, reimbursement and regional hospital access processes
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage internal stakeholders and also external stakeholders such as hospital pharmacy and payers
