About the role
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across your assigned territory.
- Create and execute territory business plans that align with business goals and improve patient care.
- Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based clinical information.
- Gather customer and market insights and use them to refine local plans and improve execution.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; life sciences, pharmacy or clinical backgrounds are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, medical, field roles or account management.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
- Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Customer-focused mindset with integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour.
