About the role
- Serve as a key thought leader in digital transformation and HCP engagement.
- Ensure that cost‑effective, innovative digital solutions align with each Therapeutic Area’s priorities.
- Drive leadership and innovation across digital engagement, automation, business planning, and next‑generation tools, including AI.
- Support all medical affairs functions—from scientific communications and field enablement to digital execution, data generation, and congress activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor operating within a multi-stakeholder sphere of influence.
- Manage complex relationships and dependencies across internal teams and service partners.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 5 years or bachelor’s degree with 7 years of biopharmaceutical, preferably Medical Affairs, and/or technology enablement experience.
- Proven excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills with the ability to manage senior client expectations.
- Established experience working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated deep passion for Omnichannel engagement and the potential for improving how GSK interacts with healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
- Trackable career analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
- Industry familiarity with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, and services in use for delivering information services.
- Demonstrated ability to build a deep understanding of business area strategic goals, processes, and the technical infrastructure needed and influence stakeholders on the appropriate investments.
