About the role

  • Advance inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, HR leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Ideate, develop and implement innovative strategies for inclusion.
  • Manage a budget of ~$1M for Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies promoting inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee 11 Employee Resource Groups and align their objectives with company goals.
  • Facilitate social issues protocol team and manage corporate responses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Inclusion & Belonging work, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading Inclusion strategies in a matrix organization successfully.
  • Experience, interacting and influencing with senior levels in the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Inclusion and Belonging best practices, employment law, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with various cultures and building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated courage to speak up and challenge across all levels of organization and leadership.
