- Advance inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, HR leaders and employees at all levels.
- Ideate, develop and implement innovative strategies for inclusion.
- Manage a budget of ~$1M for Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication strategies promoting inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee 11 Employee Resource Groups and align their objectives with company goals.
- Facilitate social issues protocol team and manage corporate responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Inclusion & Belonging work, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading Inclusion strategies in a matrix organization successfully.
- Experience, interacting and influencing with senior levels in the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Inclusion and Belonging best practices, employment law, and organizational change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with various cultures and building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated courage to speak up and challenge across all levels of organization and leadership.
