About the role

  • Lead development of global brand strategy and lifecycle plans for Multiple Myeloma indications.
  • Translate clinical and market insights into commercial choices, positioning, segmentation and launch sequencing.
  • Drive launch readiness and cross-functional execution with R&D, medical, market access and local markets.
  • Partner with insights and analytics to build forecasts, KPIs and performance measures.
  • Support market access and reimbursement planning to enable patient access across regions.
  • Coach and influence internal and external partners to ensure consistent implementation and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with at least 5 years in oncology marketing
  • Proven experience in product planning, brand strategy or launch readiness
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix environment
  • Data-driven decision making and experience working with commercial analytics or forecasting
  • Fluent in English; working proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
