About the role
- Partner with local, regional, and Global Medical, R&D, and Commercial colleagues
- Establish and manage high impact collaborations in oncology
- Embed effective ways of working across local and Global teams
- Proactively identify emerging opportunities and evaluate potential partners
- Ensure compliance with country specific regulatory, ethical and data governance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline
- Prior experience in establishing and/or managing multiple external partnerships in Asia
- Prior experience in building and sustaining relationships with recognised external experts
- Effective internal stakeholder management experience
- Prior experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with local regulatory, legal and compliance requirements
