About the role
- Responsible for the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing non-personal/digital tactical planning and execution
- Drive digital activity and customer engagement strategy across customer groups and indications
- Develop media budgets, allocation strategies, and plans across all media channels
- Own and manage relationships with media agencies
- Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital media "push" tactics
- Define and drive the strategy for digital content journeys
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across media and content initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Requirements
- BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including marketing, sales and/or market access
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech marketing
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestic travel
- Experience in Respiratory, Specialty and/or Rare Disease experience a plus
- Previous people leadership experience
- Proven track record in managing media budgets, agency relationships, and digital campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, and website management
