About the role
- Own the product strategy for the critical ecosystem that transforms raw clinical and real-world data into analysis-ready evidence
- Be accountable for setting the vision and roadmap across Biological Data Management & Integrity and Scientific Computing & Advanced Analytics
- Define and champion a 3-year transformative vision for how technology can radically accelerate drug development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and Product Designers
- Partner with senior business leaders to re-imagine and re-engineer end-to-end R&D processes
- Own the strategic curation and financial oversight of your product portfolio
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to VPs and senior leadership within Development and CMO
- Actively partner with Senior Product Director peers to co-create and drive a unified technology strategy
- Provide strategic oversight for the quality and compliance of your product portfolio
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in scientific area
- ~5 years of demonstrated experience leading technology-focused transformation initiatives
- ~5 years of progressive experience in digital product management
- Industry experience in life sciences
- Demonstrated track record of building trusted partnerships with and influencing senior executives (VP/SVP level)
- Extensive experience leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of product leaders
- Deep command of the emerging technology landscape, particularly Generative AI and machine learning
- Proven ability to lead people and organizations through large-scale, technology-enabled change
- Experience owning and managing a portfolio of digital products
