About the role
- Phone support

- Assist customers by routing tasks to Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical teams
- Identify and resolve issues while multitasking

Requirements
- Strong written communication (for chat support) and clear verbal communication for phone support
- Advanced logical reasoning to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish (for supporting Latin America) is desirable
- Basic to intermediate IT knowledge
- 1–2 years of help desk and support experience
- Work schedule: alternating days (one day on, one day off; includes weekends)
