6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development
5+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow
Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search
Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
Good knowledge on Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Any AI or Gen AI is nice to have
Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals for ITX/Technology workflows
Hands-on knowledge on either ITAM, SPM or any ITSM CHG management related areas is nice to have
Additional Platform skills which are good to have: Service Portal, UI Builder, Integrations (rest/soap), Scripting, Platform specific Troubleshooting skills
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated)
Must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC if you are a foreigner residing in Mexico.
