About the role
- Engage directly with users to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate customer insights into validated product ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage your experience and understanding across engineering, design, and marketing to drive cohesive, integrated product strategies and tactics.
- Act as a bridge across functions, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and coordinated execution.
- Develop and champion a compelling, clear, and outcome-focused product vision and roadmap that aligns platform capabilities, features, and APIs with corporate strategic plans and KPIs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across the organization, aligning stakeholders and inspiring teams to achieve strategic goals and adopt a product-led approach.
- Employ rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative feedback loops to validate product assumptions quickly and effectively.
- Define clear, measurable objectives focused on meaningful outcomes rather than simply shipping features.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, and incident response with DevOps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally leading empowered product teams.
- A strong grasp of product discovery, agile delivery, and outcome-based thinking.
- Strong experience building API-first data-driven platforms, leveraging AI, and launching mobile applications.
- Experience working in or transitioning toward empowered product teams as a change agent.
- Significant experience working cross-functionally, particularly with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into coherent product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Strong strategic mindset with exceptional skills in prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty, and balancing trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of clearly articulating product strategy and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, user-centric design principles, marketing strategies, and product analytics.
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset are not required but considered an asset.
