Social Media Manager

• Support creator and event shoots on set: coordination, set assistance, content capture, BTS
• Test and experiment with formats, with plenty of creative freedom
• Research daily trends, sounds and formats and translate them directly into execution
• Independently produce short-form content: from concept to final edit
• Handle daily uploads to TikTok & Instagram (Reels, Stories, captions)
• Support and organize events with creators and brands
• Actively help grow our social media accounts
• Work on the content calendar and coordinate posting times
• Integrate community feedback directly within the company
