About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support creator and event shoots on set: coordination, set assistance, content capture, BTS
Test and experiment with formats, with plenty of creative freedom
Research daily trends, sounds and formats and translate them directly into execution
Independently produce short-form content: from concept to final edit
Handle daily uploads to TikTok & Instagram (Reels, Stories, captions)
Support and organize events with creators and brands
Actively help grow our social media accounts
Work on the content calendar and coordinate posting times
Integrate community feedback directly within the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are passionate about social media marketing, creative, and love turning ideas into content
You are studying media, communications, marketing, fashion management, journalism or a related field
You are active on TikTok and Instagram and understand how these platforms work
You can edit videos (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
You have a good eye for aesthetics, fashion and styling, and can present things attractively
You work independently and contribute your own ideas
