About the role

  • Architect and develop backend microservices using Python (Flask/Django) and Java (Spring Boot).
  • Hands-on Experience in Laravel framework for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
  • Implement dynamic frontends using js, react.js, or Vue.js, ensuring seamless API integration.
  • Integrate AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI for code generation, refactoring, and multi-file enhancement.
  • Optimize data strategies with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases; familiarity with platforms like Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
  • Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive architectural excellence.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment between development and business goals

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master's in one of: Computer Science or Related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • In-Depth experience with Java, Python, and frontend frameworks.
  • Proven proficiency with AI-powered development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud environments desirable.
