About the role
- Architect and develop backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/Django).
- Hands-on Experience in Laravel framework for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Implement dynamic frontends using js, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring seamless API integration.
- Integrate AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI for code generation, refactoring, and multi-file enhancement.
- Optimize data strategies with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases; familiarity with platforms like Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
- Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive architectural excellence.
- Drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment between development and business goals
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master's in one of: Computer Science or Related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- In-Depth experience with Java, Python, and frontend frameworks.
- Proven proficiency with AI-powered development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud environments desirable.
