Consultant

• Work directly with franchisees, ensuring the execution of operational standards and the brands' value proposition
• Perform operational and financial diagnostics of units, identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Monitor business indicators such as sales, CMV (cost of goods sold), quality, productivity and customer satisfaction, proposing and tracking action plans
• Ensure standardization of operational processes, recipe/spec sheets, controls and QA, guaranteeing consistency across units
• Train and develop teams and franchisees, promoting improvements in management and operations
• Support unit financial management through analyses, interpretation of the income statement (DRE) and strategies to increase profitability
• Contribute to improving the customer experience by guiding service practices and complaint handling
• Identify commercial opportunities and support marketing and sales initiatives with franchisees
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation and operational efficiency
• Ensure execution of action plans and act as a link between franchisees and internal departments, ensuring alignment and agility in requests
