About the role
- Open and monitor import processes in coordination with the foreign trade (Comex) team
- Monitor shipment issuance and negotiate dates with suppliers to meet the brand's required delivery dates
- Monitor KPIs for your unit, such as service level and average delay
- Maintain full focus on the brands and their demands. Track brand calendars for both raw materials and finished goods; provide constant follow-up to the brand to build confidence in our operation; supply them with information on opportunities to improve service levels and increase company margin so they can make the best decisions regarding receipt and subsequent sale
- Liaise with suppliers, tax and finance teams, foreign trade (Comex) and brand teams
- Be responsible for the lead time and service level of imported deliveries to the brands, producing regular reports on the progress of the processes
Requirements
- Intermediate English
- Basic Excel
