About the role
- Research fashion trends, consumer behavior and market references.
- Develop products from concept through final sign-off, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial performance.
- Create designs, sketches and applied prints, considering technical and production feasibility.
- Monitor and supervise the production process: sampling, adjustments, pricing and final approval of garments.
- Manage and guide style assistants, ensuring quality, deadlines and organized workflow.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting schedules and deliverables.
- Communicate technical design specifications to suppliers and partners.
- Participate in product allocation and oversee garment adjustments until final sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Stylist.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and Procreate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on managing and populating Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to apply prints and patterns to drawings and sketches.
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Strong technical knowledge of product and garment manufacturing processes.
