About the role
- Create, publish and monitor social media content aimed at internal audiences;
- Propose and produce various formats (text, short videos, quizzes, simple graphics) focused on engagement and suited to digital communication;
- Track references, trends and social media best practices;
- Perform basic image and video editing for quick-turnaround content;
- Support the development of the platform's editorial calendar;
- Work collaboratively with the Internal Communications team, supporting requests and initiatives across the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications or related fields;
- Experience producing content for social media; experience with internal channels is a plus;
- Excellent writing skills and a strong command of digital communication style;
- Creative, with a broad content repertoire and strong trend awareness;
- Familiarity with basic image and video editing tools;
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
