About the role
- Operations Management (SFS & E-commerce): Manage and optimize the Ship From Store (SFS) operation, ensuring seamless integration between physical stores and the online channel, acting as the primary point of contact for end-to-end order flow.
- Quality and Process Control: Develop and apply methods for controlling and preventing operational errors, analyze data to identify root causes, and implement continuous improvements.
- Logistics and Deliveries: Monitor carrier performance, optimize the delivery network, and manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
- Internal Operational Support: Provide technical and operational support to internal teams (such as stores and customer service), resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth communication and processes.
- Inventory: Coordinate and execute cycle counts, ensuring maximum stock accuracy and correct product availability on the website.
- Routines and Continuous Improvement: Execute and improve the daily e-commerce operation checklist and capture images of new products to feed our Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Fashion, or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Analytical ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Organized and disciplined, able to manage multiple tasks and daily routines.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with different areas, from store teams to logistics partners.
- Strong customer focus, always seeking to improve our services.
