About the role
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies with a focus on SEO (Technical and Content);
- Analyze the customer journey using tools such as Google Analytics on the VTEX platform;
- Plan and execute the launch of new collections and marketing campaigns;
- Create and manage initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention;
- Contribute to building and strengthening the brand's online presence;
- Master essential platforms for the role, such as Google Analytics and VTEX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Fashion, or a related field;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Analytical, data-driven profile for making strategic decisions;
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (VTEX);
- Experience in SEO and managing digital campaigns;
- Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable plans;
- Strategic mindset to contribute to the sustainable growth of the business.
