About the role
- Conduct cadastral surveys and technical measurements in stores
- Assess the need for structural adaptations to achieve compliance
- Prepare and format legal/compliance drawings for commercial projects
- Conduct technical feasibility studies
- Submit and track applications with municipal authorities and regulatory agencies
- Obtain permits, licenses and Certificates of Occupancy (habite-se)
- Perform technical inspections
- Monitor legal requirements and regulatory changes
- Manage the regularization of documentation for commercial units
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Active registration with the CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism)
- Experience in regularizing commercial projects
- Experience obtaining Certificates of Occupancy (habite-se) and licenses
- Knowledge of municipal legislation (experience in RS, SC and PR is a plus)
- Experience with cadastral surveys and legal/compliance drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Understanding of commercial building structures
- Valid driver's license (CNH)
- Availability for travel and site visits
