About the role

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers in the hygiene, beauty, and pharmaceutical categories, acting as the e-commerce business focal point;
  • Manage and monitor performance KPIs, focusing on sell-out, market share, category growth, and profitability;
  • Analyze performance by category, brand, and SKU, identifying growth opportunities and areas of concern;
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders: Commercial Trade, Retail Media, Category Management, CRM, and Projects;
  • Build and lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) with suppliers, aiming to expand market share and maximize results;
  • Ensure execution of the promotional calendar (Panvel and supplier), aligned with the Commercial Trade team;
  • Ensure coverage of suppliers' trade plans, preventing promotional conflicts and optimizing visibility of campaigns;
  • Prepare, interpret, and present strategic business analyses, translating them into action plans and proposing new initiatives and opportunities for e-commerce development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital channels, with a background in commercial performance management;
  • Experience managing partnerships with suppliers/brands, preferably in hygiene, beauty, health, or consumer goods segments;
  • Experience analyzing business metrics (sell-out, market share, conversion, average ticket, promotional ROI, among others);
  • Experience developing and leading Joint Business Plans (JBP) or similar initiatives with strategic partners;
  • Experience managing promotional calendars and digital trade activities, ensuring execution and cross-functional alignment;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, frequently interfacing with areas such as Commercial Trade, Retail Media, CRM, Category Management, and Projects;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and KPI tracking (intermediate/advanced level).
