Financial Planning and Analysis

• Analyze, together with the Commercial team, the agencies that actually partner with the company, ensuring process and contract compliance.
• Monitor, together with Finance, client payments and issue Purchase Orders for the billing of agency commissions.
• Monitor agencies' submission of invoices and forward them for entry into the system.
• Control and forward affiliates' invoices for the respective accounting entries.
• Support the Billing and Commercial teams in organizing and sending documents required for client and partner registrations.
• Oversee the complete invoicing process for clients, ensuring deadlines and compliance with internal policies and tax requirements.
