About the role Analyze, together with the Commercial team, the agencies that actually partner with the company, ensuring process and contract compliance. Monitor, together with Finance, client payments and issue Purchase Orders for the billing of agency commissions. Monitor agencies' submission of invoices and forward them for entry into the system. Control and forward affiliates' invoices for the respective accounting entries. Support the Billing and Commercial teams in organizing and sending documents required for client and partner registrations. Oversee the complete invoicing process for clients, ensuring deadlines and compliance with internal policies and tax requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in administrative and financial routines, preferably in medium or large companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and reporting). Familiarity with Senior ERP is a plus. Basic knowledge of billing processes, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Proactive profile with analytical ability and attention to detail. Good interpersonal communication and ease in working as part of a team and in a collaborative environment. Organized, with a sense of prioritization and responsibility for meeting deadlines. Flexibility and resilience to handle multiple demands and work under pressure. Openness to continuous learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
