Account Executive

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone, identifying their needs;
• Conduct test drives with customers and register them in the system;
• Prepare price quotes and sales proposals;
• Complete, submit, and follow up on customer applications with finance partners;
• Request valuation of trade-in vehicles when required during the sales negotiation;
• Coordinate and monitor the vehicle delivery process, including documentation agent (despachante) and insurance services;
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure everything met their expectations;
• Re-engage past customers in the system for prospecting;
• Participate in auto shows and exhibitions.
